Pizza Ranch was born in 2008 when the Hargrove family converted their beloved family ranch in Peoria, Illinois into a cozy pizzeria. Armed with three generations of secret sauce recipes, fresh local ingredients, and an unbreakable love for food, they opened their doors to the community with one simple mission: bring people together through extraordinary pizza.
What started as a humble 12-table restaurant quickly became the heart of the neighborhood. Word spread fast about the crispy hand-tossed crusts, the slow-simmered ranch-style tomato sauce, and the mountain of real mozzarella that crowned every pie. By 2012, weekend wait-times stretched over an hour — a problem we still proudly face today.

The First Slice
The Hargrove family opens Pizza Ranch on N Brandywine Dr with 12 tables, one wood-fired oven, and a dream. The first day sold out within two hours.
Peoria's Hidden Gem
Local media features Pizza Ranch as "Peoria's Best Kept Secret." Customer base triples. We hire our first full kitchen team and extend hours to meet demand.
Full Renovation & Expansion
We expand the dining room to 60 seats and add a proper pizza bar. Our signature Ranch BBQ Chicken Pizza debuts — and instantly becomes a bestseller.
Online Ordering Launched
We launch our online ordering platform, allowing Peoria residents to get their favorite pizzas delivered hot to their door. Orders spike 40% in the first month.
